Here you will do challenging work in practice 4 days a week to learn your profession. The Fridays are all about you and your connection to the sector! You will receive training and coaching in personal, substantive and professional development. In addition, you will work on multidisciplinary projects at various organizations in the sector. This training program is fully in Dutch. You not only get to know yourself and (your position in) the sector, but you also build a valuable network in a very short time.
